I seriously know exactly how the kids in my class feel when they come in Monday mornings crying… I’d be crying too if I didn’t have to look put together in front of them!
I want to be in bed still.
I want to wake up late, drink my coffee leisurely and eat some pancakes with Sam and our pups.
I totally get it!
Nevertheless I’ll try to get through my Monday with the best possible attitude. (And a BIG shout out to my pastor and Austin Christian Fellowship Lake Travis for prayers and support! Because they are NEEDED.)

Now I really really like her blog but I wasn’t about to pay for her body guide because I feel like I can look up anything I want to find online (for free) and it just stresses me out spending money on things like that! But I think Lauryn totally gets that people might want to see what her fitness guide looks like before purchasing it (which is awesome!).
