What’s on the menu for dinner at your house tonight?
Does it need a side? Because these sweet potato fries turned out pretty amazing when I made them with Cuban sandwiches the other night.
Sweet potatoes are a great side! They go with a lot, whether burgers, fish, pork or sandwiches. They just go really well with things!
And they aren’t too shabby in the health department either.
They give us fiber, Vitamins: B6, C, D, & A, iron, magnesium, potassium and other good stuff, which makes eating more sweet potato a no brainer!
The thing I loved about THIS recipe is that they were healthy because the sweet potatoes are baked but they are still crispy without having to fry them in oil!
